The Thief, Episode 1.

On his way back to his car Jess gets jostled by Benni. When he notices that he has been robbed he starts to follow the thief and finally gets him at the WC. He gives him a real good beating and pushes his face into the dirty toilet. Then he drags the desperate boy to a nearby construction site. There he ties him to a metal grid where the boy gets fondled and spanked.
